United States Patent Fees
- We will arrange for Clients that may require our services for a large number of matters
to receive a volume discount. - Government (herein after “USPTO”) fees may change without notice. The Attorney Fees are guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days after the month of this schedule.
- Matters that require variable amounts of time to address are billed at a rate of $240-$300 per hour and expenses.
- All fees below are exclusive of incidental expenses such as copying, long distance telecommunications and, if necessary, courier costs, travel costs and avoidable government costs.

General Prosecution
Charged at attorney’s hourly rate. Rates range from $180.00 per hour to $350.00 per hour based on years of experience. Disbursements are billed at cost. Paralegal charges are billed at $72.00 per hour
